Curiosity came first. Design followed.
I'm a senior product designer at Whatfix, based in Bangalore. Seven years in, still building platform tools where the problem is still ambiguous.
I didn't start out in design. I studied Mechanical Engineering, drawn by a fascination with automobiles and how things work. At the same time, computers had always been a big part of my life, and I spent countless hours exploring, tinkering, and trying to understand them.
Curiosity has always shaped the way I think. I remember trying to reverse-engineer mathematical formulas just to understand why they worked instead of simply accepting them. I've always enjoyed observing, questioning, and figuring things out. Looking back, those habits naturally led me to product design.
I've also always been drawn to art, photography, and aesthetics. They taught me to notice details, appreciate balance, and find beauty in everyday things. Design became the place where analytical thinking and creative expression met, and it's the work I can see myself doing for a long time.
I'm from Mangalore, a city known for its rich culture, traditions, and beautiful coastline. Outside work, you'll usually find me with a camera, on a badminton court, planning my next bike ride, or sharing moments from everyday life through photography on Instagram. I enjoy travelling whenever I get the chance: new places, people, and experiences continually shape how I see the world.
